Senior EDRMS Specialist (TSPV Required)

Location: Canberra
Clearance: TSPV
Contract: 12-month contract – On going

About the Role

A global software company is seeking an experienced EDRMS Specialist to support a major Federal Government client in Canberra. This role requires a strong blend of technical capability and consulting expertise, working with a leading enterprise records and information management platform (similar to HP TRIM, HPE Records Manager, Objective, or Content Manager–style systems).

You will work directly with government stakeholders to configure, enhance, and support the EDRMS environment, ensuring best-practice information governance in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical expertise in an enterprise EDRMS environment.
  • Configure, administer, and optimise the organisation’s electronic document and records management system.
  • Collaborate with business users to analyse requirements and translate them into effective EDRMS solutions.
  • Support data migrations, integrations, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, system processes, and user guidance.
  • Deliver strategic and operational advice on records governance, metadata, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Current TSPV clearance (essential).
  • Proven hands-on experience with EDRMS platforms, such as:
    • Content Manager–style systems
    • HP TRIM / HPE Records Manager
    • Objective
  • Strong understanding of records management principles, digital workflows, and information governance.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and provide clear consultative advice.
  • Experience administering or supporting enterprise information management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

  • Prior experience working within secure Federal Government environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting, automation, integration, or upgrade processes related to EDRMS platforms.
  • Certifications in records or information management.
